| ^this korean composer is a freaking genius. his piano work is amazing. and i don't like classical music. well it's new age but whatever.
so i've noticed that whenever we get a break from school (ie: winter vacation, thanksgiving, spring break, summer holidays), all i do is shop, and buy stuff. i think it's because it's such a break from normal school life that i go crazy everytime i see something and buy it impusively. and i also learned that "impulsive spending habits" is a sign of ADD, which makes sense because i tend to say random things when im having conversations with my friends.
so how much have i spent this spring break? oh about, (3+12+7+18) X 20, then subtract 50. that's about how much i spent. (YEAHHHHHHHHHHH. IT'S A LOT)
but most of it was from my mom as a graduation gift. and almost $300 of it is for my new motorola krzr phone that im getting.
i've got to stop spending so much money.... | | |

it is better to FIGHT for something you CAN'T have?
OR
is it better just to ACCEPT what you ALREADY have?

| merry christmas everybody. just wanna do some random shoutouts to people who gave me gifts-too bad i opened them like 1-2 weeks early and so now i have nothing to open on christmas day:
jordan: my awesome vans checkered purse-you're my hero.
julian: 2 very girly shirts that are different than anything i'd ever wear. and 2 pairs of nice earrings. you spoil me.
jet: my uber pretty sky blue soccer ball that i've kicked around the house and broken a set of speakers with.
brian & steven: my striped "harry potter look a like" sweater that got me 7 compliments from girls. I SWEAR.
nick & braedon: thanks for my awesome england scarf that i got a lot of compliments from too.
nicole & harrison: thank your mom for the gift you guys gave me.
meera: for those really cute music earrings and the fray cd.
my cousin sherry: some pocket money that i think i've already spent.
my sister katy and her fiancee john: thanks for christmas money that i can spend "wisely" now.
jennifer: who bought me the 2007 calendar of sexy david beckham so i can stare at him and his sexy body for an ENTIRE year. i <3 you.
and thanks to God for giving me such great friends.
and i could list some grownups that gave me money but seeing as they don't have xanga, i think i'll leave them off and protect their identity. but i thank them all the same.
and in the event of it being christmas eve like 3 hours ago, i ordered some stuff online to treat myself. yeah my mom was working. i was bored. so i spent some money. online. from amazon. spent about $33. ...YAY for online shopping!!!
so...MERRY CHRISTMAS.
hope all of your holiday/winter break is going great so far...

| my ibook hard drive has finally died. and then i realized that i had some stuff on that hard drive that i haven't backed up yet. i am truly frustrated beyond belief.

i kinda see no point in having this now. im actually just posting on
here to avoid doing astronomy homework. i can't believe that i used to
check this daily, and read other people's posts. it feels like so long
ago, and yet i only stopped senior year. hm. odd. well i think i've
said about enough. ermmm..
brief updates i suppose:
-saw some movies
-bought and wrapped 97% of the gifts im giving out
-spent over $200 just during thanksgiving weekend alone of which $65 was for myself
-got 2 new jackets for the winter, then realized that i already had like 3
that's about it.
